A: Like all Brokers, we require standard disclosure for every transaction. Since there are numerous different types of transactions, disclosure requirements vary. In our "Lighthouse Real Estate Group Agent Portal" section of our website, we detail the disclosures necessary for each type of transaction. We also include many standard CAR disclosures & contracts for immediate download in PDF format. Q: How long does the application/signup process take?
A: After we receive your completed documents, we will process your application immediately....most times within hours.

A: No, just the associations/MLS's that you will need for your business

A: This is a requirement, and it is highly encouraged. There are many benefits to these organizations including Winforms & Relay memberships which help to streamline your business.
Q: When we signup to be an agent with Lighthouse Real Estate Group, are we considered an independent contractor?
A: Yes, all of our agents are independent contractors. Our independent contractor agreement is a requirement prior to becoming an agent for Lighthouse Real Estate Group. This agreement is included in the initial email that we send to you.
Q: Does Lighthouse Real Estate Group allows its agents to perform loan modifications?
A: No, our sole focus is the buying and selling of real estate.
Q: Can we list/sell short sale properties?
A: Yes, many transactions are short sales in this current market.
